1. Introduction

Welcome to Love Beauty Training. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and booking our training courses.

By accessing this website and booking our courses, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Love Beauty Training if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Course Bookings

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All course bookings are subject to availability. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with course details.

2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure payment processor Stripe, and Klarna for payment plans.

2.3 Course Dates: Course dates are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course dates with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

At Love Beauty Training, course places are limited and reserved specifically for each student. By booking a course, you agree to the following cancellation and transfer terms:

3.1 More than 28 days before the course date:
- You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of the course fee.

3.2 14–28 days before the course date:
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee will apply.
- Alternatively, a course credit may be issued at the academy’s discretion, valid for 12 months.

3.3 Less than 14 days before the course date:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Course credit or a transfer may be offered at the academy’s discretion if the place can be filled.

3.4 Non-attendance / No-show:
- Failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in the loss of all fees paid.
- No refund, transfer or course credit will be available.

3.5 Course Transfers:
- Students may request to transfer to another course date with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. A reasonable administration fee may apply. Only one transfer is permitted per booking.

3.6 If We Need to Cancel:
In the unlikely event that Love Beauty Training needs to cancel a course, students will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to an alternative course date.

3.7 Changes to Course Date or Location:
If Love Beauty Training makes a significant change to the advertised course date or location, students will be offered an appropriate transfer or refund option.

4. Course Requirements

4.1 Age Requirement: Students must be 18 years or older to enroll in our courses.

4.2 Prerequisites: Some advanced courses may require completion of foundation courses. These will be clearly stated in the course description.

4.3 Health & Safety: Students must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their participation in practical training.

5. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive an accredited certificate from Love Beauty Training. Certificates are issued within 7-10 working days after course completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including handouts, videos, and training content, are the intellectual property of Love Beauty Training. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without written permission.

7. Conduct & Behavior

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all courses. Love Beauty Training reserves the right to remove any student who displays inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.

8. Liability

Love Beauty Training takes reasonable care to ensure courses are delivered safely and professionally. However, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of attending our courses, except where required by law.

9. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

Love Beauty Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
